 years after.

Identify the intrinsic rewards and extrinsic incentives that fuel your motivation.

 Whether it's a sense of fulfillment, personal growth, or external recognition,

 leverage these sources of motivation to propel you forward.

Seek out sources of inspiration and positivity, whether it's through books, podcasts,

 mentors, or like-minded individuals. Surrounding yourself with motivated

 individuals can foster a supportive environment and kindle your own motivation.
